Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Cedar Health Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 758 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
