Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Amberfield Willow Pharma develops and makes medicines in Boise. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
