Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Yarrow Facilities and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to safety inspections at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
