Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Bluepeak Cross Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Tampa. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to housekeeping schedules at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support housekeeping schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
