Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Highbridge Health is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to maintenance requests at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
