Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Silverline Maple Press Group produces print and digital publications in Anchorage. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Keep stock linked to bindery work at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support bindery work. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
