Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Stonegate Cobalt Markets serves neighbourhoods around Sacramento with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
