Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Harborlight Glen Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to case files at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support case files. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
