Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Ironwood West Farms is an agricultural business based around Raleigh. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
