Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Stonegate Lantern Markets serves neighbourhoods around San Jose with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to promotions at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support promotions. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
