Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Greenridge Quill Health is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
