Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Westbrook Union Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Cleveland, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to allergen controls at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
