Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Harborlight Sparrow Health runs clinics and patient services around Cincinnati, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
