Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Ironwood Fern Farms is an agricultural business based around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
