Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Redstone Ashton Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
