Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Redstone Sable Construction is a Providence contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 538 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
