Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Ironwood Press is a printer and publisher in Colorado Springs serving local and national clients, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to bindery work at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support bindery work. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
