Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Foxglove Maple Property Management looks after rental homes across the San Jose area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to unit turnovers at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support unit turnovers. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
