Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Bright Vale Markets is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
