Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Pike Early Learning and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to enrolment at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
