Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Silverline Basin Facilities is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 214 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to customer sites at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer sites. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
