Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Bluepeak Corner Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Austin area, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to vendor invoices at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
