Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Junction Construction Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 134 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to materials orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support materials orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
