Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Thistle Property Management and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to lease renewals at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
