Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Westbrook Juniper Foods Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer specifications at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer specifications. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
