Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Highbridge Rook Markets Group is a Cincinnati retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 168 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to promotions at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support promotions. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
