Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Clearpath Sparrow Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Spokane area, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep stock linked to group events at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
