Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Highbridge Clear Freight Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to loads and lanes at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
