Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Clearpath Field Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
