Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate River Housing and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Keep stock linked to waiting lists at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support waiting lists. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
