Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Bright Kestrel Early Learning is an early-learning provider in St. Louis. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to enrolment at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support enrolment. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
