Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Summit Wilder Construction is a Atlanta contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
