Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Lumen Lantern Property Management Partners manages apartment communities around Louisville. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Keep stock linked to rent collection at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
