Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Harborlight Yarrow Civic Services supports public agencies in Fort Worth with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to procurement at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support procurement. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
