Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Ironwood Pike Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Richmond, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 631 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
