Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Greenridge Yarrow Health Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
