Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Amberfield Meadow Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Boston, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to maintenance stores at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
