Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Hospitality and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to housekeeping schedules at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
