Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Silverline North Property Management looks after rental homes across the Buffalo area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Keep stock linked to unit turnovers at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
