Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Cobalt Construction and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to subcontractor invoices at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support subcontractor invoices. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
