Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Rivermark Drift Health Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
