Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Summit Union Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Charlotte, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
