Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Silverline Corner Press is a printer and publisher in Virginia Beach serving local and national clients, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to paper stock at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support paper stock. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
