Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Cedar Union Foods is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to customer specifications at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer specifications. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
