Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Amberfield Iron Property Management looks after rental homes across the Wichita area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to rent collection at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent collection. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
