Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Greenridge Amber Construction is a Salt Lake City contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to change orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support change orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
