Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Bright Sable Property Management is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to resident events at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident events. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
