Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Sparrow Facilities and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to customer sites at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer sites. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
