Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Lumen Drift Health is a healthcare provider in Columbus with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to insurance authorisations at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
