Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Bright Junction Housing Partners provides affordable homes and support services around Colorado Springs, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep stock linked to maintenance stores at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
